How it works
- 1. Round Glass area has two sittings — morning 07:30–11:30 and afternoon 12:00–16:00. The rest of the café stays open. Only that section is private.
- 2. Round Glass min spend: from weekdays R 3 000. Sat/Sun morning sitting from R 6 000, afternoon sitting from R 4 000. That figure is for up to 12 people; then R 250 per extra person towards the min spend. Max 25.
- 3. 10% service charge is included in that figure. For example R 3 000 min spend means R 2 700 is spendable on the day, with R 300 going to staff tip.
- 4. If your event goes on after 16:00: R 1 000 per started hour. Paid in full to hold. This is towards spending, not a hire fee.
- 5. Whole café close-out is from 15:00 only — from R 12 000 for up to 25 people, then R 250 per extra person towards the min spend. Exclusive use, redeemable against food and drink, non-refundable. Manager confirms first, then we send the payment link.
- 6. We reconfirm 48 hours before. Guest count locks 72 hours before.
- 7. This minimum spend is not a hire fee. It is redeemable against food and drink. If it is not used there is no refund or reduction once booked and paid.
Menus
Function menus are based on the current café menus. We are currently not able to provide bespoke menu choices.
